J&J - We are very glad to hear from you. You are quite correct in your assumption that not everyone will be willing to pay the prices these properties rent for. However, we are not attempting to rent to everyone all the time. These are special places available to only one RV at a time. There is a full hookup for only one vehicle at each site and all property owners are encouraged to practice low-impact development. These sites are designed for the times when you want to escape from the world and have a special place all to yourself. (We are also trying to establish a few spaces in areas that have no parking for RV'ers, but that's a different subject.) The sites are pricey to encourage private property owners to share their special places with us RV'ers.

Sam - To add to J&J's comment, In my RV travels, I have become familiar with per night pricing anywhere from 15$ to 60$ per night in a crowded RV Park. The lower the price, the less you got. For instance, the $15 price at a "Kampground" did not include a hookup for water, electricity or Sewer. Water was available for fillup at no charge, but we had to pay to clean out the tanks. At RV Spaces, We currently have "Full Hookup" sites, and when there are "No Hookup, or Partial Hookup" sites available, the prices per night will reflect accordingly. Many National Park campgrounds offer No Hookup sites at prices greater than $20 per night with stay limitations, and provide a very "used" spot to you in exchange. We are providing much nicer, cleaner sites to the traveler in a much less crowded environment. That is where we base our pricing. Thank you very much for your comment!
