Please e-mail at least 8 photos of the property and surrounding area. (Include your location information in the text of the e-mail) These photos should include a 360 degree panorama of the property from the parking location, as well as view of the property from a corner, or distance from the property. Also they can include a photo of the drive in, and of any pleasant or desirable views of the local surroundings. Agreement: RV Spaces agrees to list property owners property on it's web-site for the sole purpose of advertising property owners property as temporary rental space to recreational vehicles for a period of time designated by the property owner and posted on RV Spaces web-site. RV Spaces will be responsible for the payment and reservation of the location offered by the property owner. Property Owner will be compensated for his portion of payment only after completion of the RV Traveler's stay. Payments to Property Owner will not be made prior to completion of RV Traveler's stay. Property Owner will be responsible for providing RV Spaces, property location, spaces available and dates the property will be available for use. All property, dates and available times listed by property owner must be made available at the times property owner has listed on RV Spaces web-site. Property Owner agrees to notify RV Spaces of any changes in the status of the available property as soon as any changes in status become known to property owner. Failure to do so may result in termination of this agreement. Property Owner understands that this contract is solely based upon the discretion of RV Spaces to accept or reject property owners property and that once accepted, property owner will be charged a one time twenty five dollar ($25.00) listing fee. This fee must be returned along with your signed agreement in order for the property to be listed on the RV Spaces web-site. Disclaimer: RV Spaces does not perform background investigations on the RV Travelers requesting rental spaces and does not guarantee character of any RV Travelers staying on Property Owners property. RV Spaces relies on all information provided by RV Traveler to be true and correct to the best of their knowledge. .Property Owner understands and agrees to hold harmless RV Spaces for any and all liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to: property damage, injury, fire, theft, flood, negligence bodily injury to Property Owner or RV Traveler which may be caused by or as a result of the RV Traveler's stay on the property. Any damage occurring to the Property Owner's property as a result of the RV Traveler's renting/residing on the property by function of the RV Spaces services must be reported immediately to a representative of RV Spaces. Property Owner understands and agrees that any and all such claims will be the responsibility of the Property Owner and/or RV Traveler who is renting the space at the time of the claim and that it is solely the responsibility of the Property Owner and/or RV Traveler to deal with such claims with their respective insurance carriers or resolve all claims amongst themselves. RV Spaces does not collect information regarding insurance coverage for the RV Traveler. It is the responsibility of the Property Owner to do so at the time the RV Traveler obtains the use of Property Owner's property. RV Spaces will not be held liable for any type of claims or suits as a result of any violation of local and/or state rules or regulations governing the use of Property Owner's property. Property Owner accepts all responsibility for such claims. RV Spaces is not liable for misrepresentation in any form regarding the property available for rental purposes including but not limited to: size, sanitary conditions, location, safety conditions, nor any misrepresentation regarding the surrounding areas. RV Spaces only agreement with Property Owner is to be the advertisement, reservation and payment service for the property owner to "rent" their location to the RV Traveler. RV Spaces relies solely upon the information provided by the Property Owner to RV Spaces to be true and correct at the time of publication upon its web-site. Property Owner accepts full responsibility for all incorrect information provided to RV Spaces and the consequences thereof. Requirements: Please be courteous to your guests while they are renting a portion of your property to enjoy a peaceful stay. Provide trash receptacles whenever possible and clearly mark designated areas for their usage. Also provide the RV Traveler with a list of "prohibited activities" for the property and provide notice at the location of acceptable use by the RV Traveler. It is advisable to post these notices at the entry to the property, at the parking location or at the utilities hookup location (if applicable.) Provide as much information to the RV Traveler to make their stay both enjoyable to them and convenient for you. Give the RV Traveler information regarding "potable, non-potable water, what they may and may not use, designated egress routes on your property and the location of the parking spot and utilities available. Remember, your guests do not know you or your property. They can only follow the guidelines that are provided to them, they are not mind readers. Conclusion: Thank you for your interest in utilizing RV Spaces reservation system. Once your property has been accepted, a representative from RV Spaces will send an agreement for you to sign and return along with your one time listing fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00.)
